Tim Wright

Lockheed Martin

Tim was born and raised in Camden, Arkansas. He graduated from Fairview High School in 1993 and worked for four and a half years at International Paper concurrently as the Operations Manager for his family’s business, Wright Trenching Services.

Tim joined Lockheed Martin in 2004 as a manufacturing engineer and transitioned into leadership in just four years, serving in leadership roles of increasing responsibility ever since. He currently serves as the Production Operations Manager for Camden Operations Ordnance Facilities, leading a team comprised of two production managers, four product leads, 10 production supervisors, and 200 assemblers. He has over 20 years of experience supporting six of Camden’s seven Department of Defense programs. He has received countless internal awards commemorating his exceptional performance and leadership.

Tim is deeply vested in Lockheed Martin’s STEM outreach, workforce development, and hiring events providing support to multiple Family STEM Nights, classroom visits, Camden’s Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program, and multiple hiring events. Amid his professional accomplishments, leadership, and volunteerism with Lockheed Martin, Tim invests his time and money into the local community through varied, dedicated support of the Harmony Grove School District and his two daughters’ travel softball teams.
