Tricia Wilson

Simmons Bank

Wilson serves as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for the president of Simmons Bank, the principal subsidiary of Simmons First National Corporation (Nasdaq: SFNC), a Mid-South-based financial holding company with more than 230 branches across a six-state footprint. With over 20 years of software development, process improvement and project management experience, she oversees strategic planning initiatives, provides executive portfolio management, and direction for highly visible, complex strategic initiatives, and drives end-to-end cross-functional program management and operational excellence.

 

Wilson is also a co-chair of Women RISE (Relate, Inspire, Support, Empower), an internal resource group that helps Simmons Bank women build relationships and develop as leaders both personally and professionally throughout the company.

 

Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas. Her certifications include Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Certified Scrum Master. Inviting Arkansas recently recognized her as a Women in STEAM.

 

Wilson is passionate about turning chaos into order, engaging with astounding teams, solving problems, and facilitating achievement. Outside of Simmons Bank, she is an active member of the Junior League of Little Rock, the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Auxiliary Board, and the Habitat for Humanity Board. Her work in these organizations has significantly impacted the community.  Wilson lives in Little Rock with her husband, Patrick, and their three children, Tucker, Max, and Eleanor.
