Tucker Brackins

Tucker Brackins serves as Senior Counsel for ARcare, Inc., a multi-state Federally Qualified Health Center headquartered in Augusta, Arkansas. In this role, he manages legal, compliance, and regulatory matters affecting healthcare delivery across Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee, supporting access to high-quality care in medically underserved communities. Before joining ARcare, he served as Director of Legislative Affairs and Policy for the Arkansas Department of Commerce, where he worked on legislation related to economic development, workforce, insurance and broadband infrastructure, and represented the department before legislative committees.
Tucker began his legal and policy career as an attorney and lobbyist with Mullenix & Associates, advising clients on legislation, procurement, and regulatory strategy. He holds a J.D. from the UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Law Review, and a B.A. in History from Baylor University. Originally from Searcy and a proud Searcy High School alum, he and his family now reside in Little Rock.
