Will LaRue

TFC Inc.

Will is a Conway native, leaving Central Arkansas for three years to attend the University of Arkansas. After graduating, Will came back to the area to continue to grow the family metal fabrication business, TFC Inc., with his father Wayne. The business has continued to grow, and Wayne has retired with Will continuing on as President and primary owner-operator. TFC is a metal fabrication facility with 30+ employees serving a wide variety of industries – from production of retail fixtures to taco holders.

Through TFC and beyond, Will strives to serve the local reentry population (individuals returning from incarceration) and community at large by volunteering his time and efforts to reentry related causes, as well as by hiring around 50% of TFC’s workforce via reentry programs. Will is widely recognized as a leading employer partner in reentry efforts, sharing his message through national and local speaking engagements, on-site visits, and stakeholder meetings that showcase the benefits of reentry for Arkansas businesses. His motivation for this work is for Arkansas communities to become more whole through the power of truly restorative justice – and a belief that dignified employment is a key part in this process.

Will is also involved in the local political scene of Central Arkansas, having run for county office himself in 2024 and then successfully managing a city-wide campaign in May of 2025. Will’s goal in civic activism is always to empower all Arkansans to live decent, fulfilling lives.

Outside of his professional life, Will enjoys aviation of all kinds as a licensed private pilot, paraglider pilot, and powered paraglider pilot. He also enjoys scuba diving, any lake activities, and whatever else life offers each day!
